What do I need to start?

A ~5 EUR/month VPS (we recommend Hetzner, guide included), an OpenAI key and a Telegram bot. The kit walks you through creating all three.

Where do my secrets (OpenAI key, VPS access) go?

They flow only between you and your agent, and end up written on YOUR server. Never through us, never in the kit.

What happens after install?

Hermes runs 24/7 and restarts on its own. You talk to it from Telegram. The manual covers how to update, stop or restart it.
