Terms applicable to AI Cowork Kit digital products and the Agent Propale installation.
Product
AI Cowork Kit sells downloadable digital folders: instructions, missions, templates, resources and setup tutorials.
Price and payment
Displayed prices are shown in the currency indicated next to the price. Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the buyer information.
Delivery
After successful payment, access to the kit is provided on the confirmation page and by email when the email provider is configured.
Agent Propale installation
Installation is a service separate from the kit, sold for EUR 1,750 including tax on the French page or USD 2,000 on the English page, with no credit for a kit purchase. After payment, an email confirms the order and requests the necessary documents. Work starts after they are received, at the customer’s express request. Webpulser configures one main offer and up to three pricing options, completes three test cases, then delivers the files and procedure manually. The customer validates facts, prices, commitments, and sends. Written support runs for 30 days after delivery and covers two batches of questions or in-scope corrections, up to two hours total. Any required AI tool or subscription is paid by the customer.
Withdrawal from the installation
Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of concluding the contract, by emailing contact@webpulser.fr or using the form below. To request that work begin before this period ends, they must personally select the express request checkbox before paying and acknowledge in a second checkbox that they will lose the right of withdrawal after the service is fully completed. If the service began at their request and they withdraw within those 14 days, they owe only the portion already provided, calculated in proportion to the total agreed price; the balance is refunded to the original payment method. Without an express request, no amount is owed for service begun during that period.
Kit withdrawal and refund
Consumers have 14 days from purchase to withdraw, with no justification and at no cost. Simply email the contact address shown on the site with your proof of purchase: the refund is issued to the original payment method. This right applies even if the kit has already been downloaded. No eligibility condition restricts it: the commercial guarantee announced on our sales pages adds to this right, it does not replace it.
